Manager response:
We are pleased to say that, during the last inspection, which took place in July 2023, we have since restructured our services to improve quality and the home is undergoing a process of continuous improvement. We hope to be able to demonstrate the full extent of progress made by the manager and the staff team at the next comprehensive inspection.
