What's the cost?
Cost is a key factor in any decision, so we make your choices easier with transparent pricing.
£1330 per month*
The monthly fees include a wellbeing charge of £143.19 which is not benefit applicable, this charge contributes to staff being on site 24/7. There is an integrated call system in all flats and residents are issued with a pendant so residents can call for help in an emergency and a staff member will triage them.
A small portion of the service charge for a 1 bed flat is not benefit applicable which is £9.10 and for a 2 bed it is £9.72.
Utilities and council tax are not included in these cost. You can choose your own electricity supplier however we have a contract with Wilson Energy for gas and water but this does mean gas is charged at a commercial rate, all utilities are metered in the flat so you only pay for usage.
