Shanklin (Isle of Wight) Society Ltd
The Shanklin Abbeyfield Society was the first to open a sheltered home on the Isle of Wight in 1964 and was opened by Lord Mountbatten.
Built in 2010, our beautifully presented house consists of 16 flats, most of which are en-suite. Rooms are provided unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and add a personal touch to your new home.
Our fantastic house manager ensures that the house is warm, comfortable and safe and that the daily meals provided are varied, nutritious and enjoyable,
