Westall House
We are proud to introduce a brand new, purpose-built extension to Westall House providing dementia friendly care, in a well established residential care home in the heart of Horsted Keynes, West Sussex.
This new development will offer residents a home finished to the highest possible standards and will provide a safe, secure and comforting environment within warm and homely surroundings. Some features of the new wing will include:
- State of the art furniture
- Quiet rooms
- Activity rooms
- Spa bathroom
Individual rooms will be fully furnished and styled with calming décor throughout, all with en-suite bathrooms. Assisted bathing facilities will also be available in our spa bathroom. Outside, our residents will be able to enjoy our landscaped gardens and countryside setting.
Dementia friendly care in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex
Westall House currently offers residents sheltered housing as well as residential care. With this new development, dementia friendly care will now be offered to existing and new residents, designed to meet the individual's needs and improve quality of life.
24 hour care will be provided by trained staff - a dedicated and caring team who all contributed to our CQC Outstanding rating achieved in February 2018.
Wonderful home-cooked meals, made by a team of talented chefs will be served to residents taking into account any dietary requirements.
At Westall House we're known for our parties and events. Those moving in to our new extension will be able to join in on a year-round calendar of activities and events such as, valentines lunches, quizzes, round the world dinners, guest singers and speakers and film nights.
Abbeyfield is a not-for-profit provider of high quality support and care services tailored to individual needs, with over 60 years experience. We strive to enhance the quality of life through inclusivity and understanding. Care and support will be provided by fully qualified staff and our valued volunteers who provide additional support to our services.
