Caring for older people

Our Sunderland Care At Home service is run from the Abbeyfield independent living complex Hope Bank View. Some of the tasks we assist our customers with include personal care, medication, food preparation, companionship, housework, shopping and escorting to appointments. 

With over 60 years experience in providing care for older people we can help you maintain your independence in your Abbeyfield home at Hope Bank View. Our team of qualified and experienced care assistants can provide you with tailored quality care all within the familiar surroundings of your own home at Hope Bank View.

Assessing your care needs

Once an enquiry has been made, one of our expert team will contact you to arrange a visit to see you in your home at Hope Bank View. We will produce a tailored care plan for you, which will then be written with your agreement and a start date arranged. Care Quality Commission report

Our Care at Home service is governed by the Care Quality Commission. The service is certified with a ‘Good’ rating with the CQC, which was achieved in September 2018.
